Squirrel tracks

Here is one of sets of tracks I saw on my driveway yesterday morning as it was snowing. They were very well defined with depth that didn't seem to get captured in the photograph. It's been snowing since yesterday morning at least, and there is actually quite a bit of snow on the ground. Kind of disappointing after it almost hitting 50 the other day. Spring is close, but not here yet, i have to keep telling myself.

Those are raccoon tracks. They have those long feet and long toes. These are well defined too.

D'oh! I've never seen raccoons, so i just figured they were squirrels. I had thought they might be possum, but i also have never seen them around my house. I really need to get a nature book. ;)
