This caught me by surprise, one of my trees is already going into fall colors. I know it's going to be autumn in about three weeks, but it has also been over 90F the last few days, so it felt "wrong" seeing a tree change already. I do love fall and the colors, it's my second favorite season after spring but it does mean that winter is close, and that can mean a lot of snow and the problems that brings.

We have the same heat and drought and the same premature leaf turning here and lots of trees are giving up and dropping green leaves. A sad story.
If you have not seen a tomato horn worm lately, complete with cocoons of predator wasps aboard, then take a look if you have time.
