I guess this is a good indicator of how much i have been out of it, i just noticed this construction yesterday. There is more large construction south of where this is, but i've never noticed this before, and have no clue what it is going to be.

It is the new city hall site!!! This is where the Ingram Center used to be until they knocked it down.
